Abby Connor
HOP Works is led by Abby Connor, who set up the business in 2020. Abby had recognised a need in the market for someone to deliver smaller workplace adaptation projects with the same level of care and detail as the larger fit-out projects.
With a background in interior design and over 10 years’ experience in D&B, she is passionate about using her expertise to help businesses adapt spaces into a place where they can thrive. Having built the business to what it is today, Abby leads, inspires, and motivates the HOP Works team to ensure every project is delivered to the highest of standards on both quality and client satisfaction, every time.
Project Manager
Michael Neame
Michael is the lead PM on all HOP Works projects ensuring they all run smoothly and are delivered on time. With extensive experience across various sectors and businesses from high end residential, joinery, and commercial interiors, he seamlessly manages all of our projects from the early stages, right through to completion. Michael uses his knowledge of delivering commercial interiors to help guide our clients through the entire process, while offering ideas and solutions to ensure every option is explored and ultimately, expectations are exceeded.
Pre-Construction Manager
Adrian McMorrow
Adrian plays a pivotal role in setting every HOP Works project up for success, ensuring accurate planning, cost estimation, and risk management from the outset. He supports the whole team by efficiently taking projects from initial enquiry through to a fully priced scheme, ready for smooth handover to the delivery team. His strong data, analytics, and risk management background allows him to identify and implement innovative and data-driven solutions that align with our client’s aspirations.
Designer
Georgina James
Georgina has recently joined the HOP Works team as Project Designer. With a degree in Interior Architecture, she is able to work closely with each of our clients to develop a concept design that meets their aesthetic aspirations, as well as working in harmony with existing spaces and structures to achieve sustainability and budget objectives.
Georgina is passionate about designing spaces that promote positive mental health and wellbeing, which is something that will shine through in her designs. She enjoys really getting to know our clients to create a space that not only looks great, but helps them encourage a positive company culture, enhance their brand, and work practically for those that use it.
Pawject Manager
Maisie
Maisie is our furry, four-legged colleague who is responsible for team wellbeing in the HOP Works office. Her responsibilities include regularly reminding us to step away from our screens for a quick walk, not letting us forget that treats are needed often (for all of us), and that sometimes afternoon naps and cuddles are needed to get through the day.
Is something in your workplace not quite right? Get in touch with the team and we’d love to see if we can help create a space that works for you…
